Αν επιθυμείτε να επιστρέψετε ένα προϊόν ή ένα μέρος των προϊόντων της παραγγελίας σας θα πρέπει να μας το κοινοποιήσετε γραπτώς μέσω e-mail ή τηλεφωνικά καλώντας στο τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Την απόφαση σας αυτή θα πρέπει να την πάρετε εντός 14 ημερολογιακών ημερών από την ημέρα παραλαβής της παραγγελίας. Αν επιθυμείτε να γίνει επιστροφή του προϊόντος λόγω κάποιου ελαττώματος θα πρέπει να μας ενημερώσετε άμεσα εντός 48 ωρών και επίσης να μας στείλετε στο email μας φωτογραφία του ελαττώματος (να γνωρίζετε ότι δεν γίνεται για λόγους δυσπιστίας προς την πλευρά σας. Οι φωτογραφίες βοηθούν στην επικοινωνία μας με τους προμηθευτές μας αλλά και για να λύνουμε ταχύτερα τα οποιαδήποτε ποιοτικά θέματα προκύπτουν. Σε αυτές τις περιπτώσεις η φωτογραφία του αντικειμένου είναι η καλύτερη λύση).
However, if the shipment of the order was undertaken by the customer with a transport company of his choice, our company does not bear any responsibility for any damage or defect suffered by the product or products during transport. In case you wish to return the product or products you ordered for another reason e.g. you are not satisfied with the quality, the color etc. then the shipping costs of the return of the product are not covered by our company and are borne by the customer. Refunds do not include initial shipping costs.
Also the products which are mentioned as after order, are not returned, unless there is a defect.
It is important to note that until the products arrive in our warehouses, they are under your responsibility, so you should make sure that they are properly packaged, so as not to accept any additional damage from the one you have already mentioned. Products in unsuitable condition are not accepted.

Prerequisites for product return:
The product must not have suffered any additional wear or damage reported by the customer.
The product must not have been used (assembled, etc. ).
The product must be accompanied by its original packaging which you must not violate or wear out.
The product must be accompanied by all the labels or markings with which you received it.
The product must in any case be accompanied by any receipt or purchase invoice.
To avoid your own inconvenience as well as for your personal benefit, it is advisable to check the outer packaging of the products upon receipt in order to detect any defects ( eg worn-torn outer packaging presupposes possible internal wear). In case you find a defect from the beginning, you must inform us either by phone or electronically on the same day or the next working day.
Refund of value of returned products
If you meet the conditions of return, we will refund the amount due to you by bank deposit. The refund process can be implemented within 14 days, however it is done as soon as possible from the moment you send us your details electronically (IBAN, beneficiary name, Bank). In any case, you must have stated your request for a refund in writing and after we accept the product at our facility to carry out the refund process.
The order cancellation is implemented in case in 7 working days after the expiration of the deadline, there has been no deposit. Without limitation of the Withdrawal provisions of article 9, you can cancel your order in case it has not been shipped and even inform us either by phone or electronically about your choice. If you wish to cancel your order upon receipt, contact us and a representative of our company will inform you of your choices. Finally, if your product has been invoiced and launched, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
